MEMBERS IN UNIVERSITY

We have members across several universities in Victoria

They are beginning to build their sense of peer support, voice and visibility, particularly at both Monash and Victoria universities in 2020, where we have strong relationships with key staff and are collaborating to increase understanding of
our full members' situations and challenges.

Our aim is to leverage relationships and research to increase the level of understanding and holistic support our universities offer. In order to honour the gift of scholarships, we and other asylum seeker students need to be able to survive.

We are happy to have lived experience of being students of asylum seeker background in a range of universities. We know about the practices that enable us to - or constrain us from - embrace our opportunities and sustain our ability to study.
