HCF statement of strategic intent for 2023-2025

We aim to consolidate and extend the work we have done in establishing Hope Co-Op, setting up the Household Wellbeing Hub, co-designing and implementing a Critical Participatory Action Research Doctoral Project with Monash University, and publishing Hope’s first book, The Shape of Hope.

Our strategic intent in achieving this aim is to clarify and refine our point of difference and build a client base, so as to maintain financial viability through growing our social enterprise offerings and building our capacity through recruiting asylum-seeking staff and building infrastructure.
